Turn Up the Movement
For Women’s Health This March

PRE-ENROLLMENT OPENS: March 20th | CHALLENGE: March 25th-31st

This March, we’re teaming up with Optimity for “Turn Up the Movement,” a free, week-long challenge celebrating women’s health and prevention.

Optimity, the #1 health rewards app, helps people build healthier habits by turning everyday actions into rewarding challenges. From March 25th to 31st, the Turn Up the Movement Challenge invites participants to move more, stay active, and join a community showing up for their health (all while earning rewards for doing so).

Movement might feel like a small step, but it can make a meaningful difference. Regular physical activity is one way people can support their long-term health and help reduce their risk of breast cancer.

At ABCF, we’re committed to helping individuals take those steps, and we’d love to stay connected.
